Fantastic Pre-Cruise Stay!

I found the location super convenient because it was very close to the cruise port (a huge plus!). Shopping and dining options are right nearby. The pool was great. I appreciated that the bar had free snacks and a happy hour each night.
I stayed one night before my cruise, and it did feel crowded, likely because it's a hub for cruise guests. One of the elevators was out of service, so getting to the first floor was tough. This made it difficult to leave with luggage.

The complimentary breakfast provided a wide selection. There was something to suit everyone's taste. The Manager's Special in the evening offered complimentary options. The hotel restaurant offered diverse lunch options (I especially liked the salads!).

The pool was a highlight for my family! the temperature was ideal and inviting. lounge chairs were plentiful. the food impressed us. My son and mom favored the fettuccini alfredo, while my daughter and i enjoyed the coconut shrimp.
the bathroom floor wasn't clean. it REALLY needs tile replacement. the room smelled like dirty feet it was terrible. i don't think i WILL stay there again in the future.

I appreciated the free drinks and snacks at the bar each evening. The location proved amazing as it was close to the port, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel offered shuttle services to the cruise port, convenient and affordable. The pool was also a nice addition after time at the beach.
The elevators experienced significant delays. Only two of five were working. This made getting down from the tenth floor quite chaotic in the morning. I waited a full half hour to find space in an elevator.

The staff managed the lobby efficiently even when it was busy. The shuttle service to the cruise port was convenient and well-organized. Ordering transportation to the cruise terminal from the lobby was easy and fairly priced.

Breakfast included many options and provided a good start to the day. The hotel provided complimentary drinks and light snacks during happy hour. Taste restaurant is on-site. It offers an amazing dining ambiance with delicious food.

The rooms included fresh carpeting, drapes, and wallpaper. new lighting and paint. Some furniture was updated, and the old dark cabinets had new pulls. The bed was very comfortable. It ensured a good night's sleep.
